Brownie pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla
- milk - 3/4 c
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water
- self-rising flour
- brown sugar, packed
- cocoa level - 6 Tbsp
How to make brownie pudding:
Mix flour, sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix only until smooth. Add nuts (if desired). Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Then mix together brown sugar and 6 tablespoons cocoa (level). Sprinkle over batter and pour boiling water over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
