Brown sugar pound cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 1 lb
• sticks margarine - 3 item
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp

How to make brown sugar pound cake:

Sift together salt, flour and baking powder. Cream in margarine and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Add nuts if you want to.
