Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- pkg - 1 lb
- milk - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- whipping cream - 1 c
- chopped pecans toasted, if desired - 1 c
How to make brown sugar ice cream:
Combine eggs and sugar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Let set 1 hour. Yields about 1 gallon.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Low sodium.
