Pumpkin rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make pumpkin rolls:
Grease a 10 x 15 x 1/2-inch pan. Place waxed paper on pan; grease waxed paper. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Turn on well powdered sugar towel immediately. Roll like a jelly roll, in towel after removing waxed paper. Cool for 1 hour in refrigerator. Unroll and spread with filling. Reroll and refrigerate. Slice to serve.
