Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
- bouillon cubes - 6 item
- water - 6 c
- thin egg noodles - 8 oz
- boxes thawed chopped broccoli - 2 item
- milk - 5 c
- Velveeta cheese, cut fine - 1 lb
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make broccoli soup:
Saute onion in oleo, add bouillon cubes, water, noodles and broccoli. Cook until tender. Add milk, cheese and garlic salt. Cook slowly until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
