Broccoli quiche
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
How to make broccoli quiche:
In large bowl, toss together broccoli, cheese, onion, basil, salt and pepper. Spoon into pastry shell. In small bowl, stir together cornstarch and milk until smooth. Stir in eggs until well blended. Pour over broccoli mixture. Bake in 375° oven fRecipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Broccoli.
