Broccoli puff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- Accent - 1/4 tsp
- each pkg - 2 oz
- cheese cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make broccoli puff:
Cook broccoli in boiling water (salted) for 4 minutes. Drain. Mix with soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper and Accent. Turn into a buttered shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Cheese.
