Ingredients/Components
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
- coconut frozen - 2 pkg
How to make coconut cake:
Thaw coconut and Cool Whip. Make cake according to directions. Bake in 9 x 13 pan. While cake is still hot, punch holes in it and pour cream of coconut on top. Mix 1 package of coconut and Cool Whip. Frost cool cake. Sprinkle the other package of coconut on top. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
