Broccoli cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• pkg - 2 oz
• stick oleo, melted - 1 item
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• cottage cheese or sour cream - 8 oz

How to make broccoli cornbread:

Mix well and pour into sheet cake pan that has been well oiled; batter will be thick. Bake at 350° until inserted with toothpick and comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.
