Broccoli cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 12 oz
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 2 pkg
- well beaten eggs - 4 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 10 oz
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Melt margarine. Pour over other ingredients mixed together. Spray 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until light brown. May be cooked; cut into squares and frozen. Also may be put in muffin tins.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
