Ingredients/Components

• cottage cheese - 2 c
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
• stick butter soft - 1 item
• box chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 item
• corn kits - 2 boxes

How to make broccoli corn bread:

Mix all ingredients, adding corn bread mix one box at a time. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 375°.
