Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- dash or 2 pepper
How to make broccoli-cheese casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper. Drain broccoli well, patting dry with paper towels. Stir into egg mixture.Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish, spreading evenly with spoon. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until mixture is firm and pulls away from sides of pan. Loosen edges with spatula. Slice and serve. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
