Spinach brownies

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
• Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb

How to make spinach brownies:

Drain spinach and squeeze out all moisture. Add all ingredients. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with tinfoil. Spray with Pam. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Remove foil lining and cut into 2-inch squares.
