- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- boxes frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 oz
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Shred Velveeta and mix through broccoli. Put in buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole dish. Crush 1 stick Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Put cracker mixture on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
