Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- frozen chopped broccoli - 16 oz
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- mayo or sour cream - 1/2 c
- sleeve round butter crackers - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. Cook broccoli 5 minutes in salt water; drain. Mix all ingredients together except crackers and margarine. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Crumble cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
