- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- roll garlic cheese - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
In saucepan, place 1/2 stick butter, salt, onion, water and broccoli; cook until dry. Add celery soup, garlic cheese, milk and cooked rice. Cook on low heat until cheese melts. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
