  • eggs - 2 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • rice, cooked optional - 1/2 c
  • boxes frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh - 2 item
  • herb dressing crumbs - 1 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli until almost tender. Combine all ingredients except dressing crumbs. Top with 1/2 package herb dressing crumbs. Bake at 350° until bubbling and browned.
