Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- rice instant - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes optional - 2 item
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Cook broccoli following directions on package. Cook rice following directions on package. Combine broccoli and rice. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add milk and mix. Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 325°.If you wish to use bouillon cubes, add to rice water.
