Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- jalapeno Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Cook broccoli and rice as directed on package. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into cooked rice and broccoli. Sprinkle paprika on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
