Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- taco shells - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small jar mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken, boiled, boned and chopped - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Cook onion and celery in small amount of chicken broth until tender. Layer in microwave casserole dish: taco shells (broken in pieces), chicken, mushrooms, onion, celery and a layer of cheese. Mix the soups and tomatoes together and add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over other ingredients.
