Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice
- broccoli the plastic bags - 3 pkg
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Cook broccoli and rice according to directions (use regular rice). Saute onion in butter. Add Velveeta (chopped up), milk and soup. Mix rice and broccoli together and put in large oblong baking dish. Pour soft mixture over the rice and broccoli. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
