Broccoli and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- margarine - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 1
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Melt margarine and saute onion until tender. Add rice, soup and cheese to the onion. Stir in the drained broccoli and blend all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole and sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
