Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- Coca-Cola - 10 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
- strong coffee - 2 c
- Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item
- brisket, trimmed of fat - 10 12
- Sauce:1 bottle ketchup
How to make brisket:
Sauce:1 bottle ketchup2 Tbsp. mustard3 Tbsp. brown sugar10 oz. Coca-Cola4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. liquid smoke Tabasco sauce to taste Line a large foil pan with foil both ways to cover brisket. Place packer-trim brisket fat side up and cover with coffee. Bake at 250° for 12 to 14 hours (or until meat separates with meat fork).Mix sauce and pour over meat after fat has been removed and meat is sliced. Heat.
