- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies - 1 item
- garlic and salt to taste - 1 item
- can whole green chilies, cut up - 1 item
- thick corn tortillas - 8 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Boil chicken and onion; bone, skin and set aside. Mix together and bring to a boil the soup, Ro-Tel, chilies, broth, salt and garlic. Fry tortillas and tear in half. Layer half of tortillas, half of sauce, half of grated cheese and all of chicken, cutRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
