Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- frozen loose pack hash browns - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage and drain. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in bottom of pizza pan and seal. Spoon over sausage. Sprinkle with hash browns, then cheese. Beat eggs and other ingredients except Parmesan. Pour over pan; add Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.I have had these recipes so long the originators are lost to posterity. All have been a big hit when served.
