Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 pkg
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten well - 5 item
- frozen hash browns - 1 item
- pork sausage 1 lb - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pizza:
Pat crescent rolls on pizza pan (put points to center). Pat together good. Brown sausage and drain. Spread over rolls. Fry hash browns in sausage pan just until thawed. Sprinkle over sausage on crescent rolls. Sprinkle onion, green pepper and cheese over potatoes. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese; pour over the ingredients in pizza pan.
