Ingredients/Components
- sausage - 1 lb
- grated sharp cheese
- milk
- slices buttered bread - 6 item
- to 6 beaten eggs - 4 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Fry and drain sausage. Alternate layers of bread, sausage and cheese in buttered casserole dish. Mix together eggs, milk and salt. Pour over layers and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
