Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- bread cubes 1 or 2 days old - 2 c
How to make bread pudding:
Combine milk and eggs. Pour over bread cubes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour in 8-inch round baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
