  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • toasted almonds - 1/4 c
  • instant coffee - 1 Tbsp
  • soft bread crumbs - 3 4
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item

How to make bread pudding:

Place bread crumbs in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Scald milk with butter and chocolate chips. Add to the scalded milk mixture the instant coffee, sugar, eggs, salt and almonds. Pour over bread crumbs in baking dish. Place baking dish in pan of hot wate
