Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- slices bread, cubed - 5 item
- scalded milk - 3 c
- eggs, beaten until foamy - 4 item
How to make bread pudding:
Mix the first 3 ingredients together, then add milk and vanilla. Add bread and raisins. Put into a buttered casserole. Add the milk mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Put casserole in pan of water.
