Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- or more slices of day old bread, torn into small pieces - 3 item
How to make bread pudding:
In mixing bowl beat together milk, eggs, salt and vanilla. Stir in bread pieces. Pour mixture into 1-quart baking dish, greased. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Put 1-inch of hot water in larger pan.
