Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- raisins - 1/3 c
- dry bread cubes 3 1/2 slices
How to make bread pudding:
Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Place bread cubes in a 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon, salt and raisins over bread. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325° or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
