Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- box Raisin Bran cereal - 1 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in wet ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes with or without baking cups.The mix may be kept in the refrigerator in a covered bowl for 6 weeks or used immediately. May also be frozen after baked.
