Bran muffins
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour
- nuts optional - 1/3 c
- 100% bran cereal - 1/2 c
How to make bran muffins:
Add all dry ingredients together; mix well. Mix egg, milk, oil and brown sugar together. Add to dry ingredients. Mix. Spoon 1/3 full into muffin pan. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.Note: Can be refrigerated or frozen.
