  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • cloves, ground - 1/2 tsp
  • flour all-purpose - 2 c
  • bran - 1 c

How to make bran and oatmeal muffins:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325° to 330° for 20 minutes in lightly greased muffin tins.

Options: Use 1/2 the amount of white sugar and brown sugar for more of a bread flavor than a cake flour.

Use 1/2 the amount of water and omit the raisins.
