Bran and oatmeal muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- cloves, ground - 1/2 tsp
- flour all-purpose - 2 c
- bran - 1 c
How to make bran and oatmeal muffins:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325° to 330° for 20 minutes in lightly greased muffin tins.Options: Use 1/2 the amount of white sugar and brown sugar for more of a bread flavor than a cake flour.
Use 1/2 the amount of water and omit the raisins.
