- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- oleo, softened
- 8 oz - 1 c
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cake:1/2 c. oleo, softened1 c. sugar2 eggs1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream1 tsp. vanilla2 c. all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt Combine Topping ingredients; set aside.For cake, cream oleo and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture; beat until combined. Pour half of batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Add remaining batter and topping. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
