Bourbon sweet potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- cans sweet potatoes, drained - 2 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- can crushed pineapple plus juice - 1 oz
- brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- bourbon or vanilla extract - 2 Tbsp
- Grape-Nuts
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
How to make bourbon sweet potatoes:
Topping:3/4 c. Grape-Nuts1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick oleo, melted Combine the 7 top ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Put in large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.Combine topping ingredients. Mix brown sugar into melted oleo. Add the Grape-Nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
