  • cans sweet potatoes, drained - 2 oz
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • eggs - 3 item
  • can crushed pineapple plus juice - 1 oz
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • bourbon or vanilla extract - 2 Tbsp
  • Grape-Nuts
  • stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item

How to make bourbon sweet potatoes:

Topping:3/4 c. Grape-Nuts1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick oleo, melted Combine the 7 top ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Put in large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

Combine topping ingredients. Mix brown sugar into melted oleo. Add the Grape-Nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
