Bourbon sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- bourbon - 1/4 c
How to make bourbon sauce:
Mix milk, sugar, egg, butter and salt in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool slightly. Add bourbon.Hint: Delicious on chocolate pound cake.
