Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- cocoa - 1 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- box vanilla wafers - 1 item
- bourbon or rum - 1/4 c
How to make bourbon balls:
Crush wafers and add powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts. Mix thoroughly; add the corn syrup and bourbon and mix again. Roll into balls the size of small walnuts and roll balls in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, American, Southern u.s..
