Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- crushed vanilla wafers - 1 c
- bourbon - 1/4 c
- sugar granulated - 1/2 c
How to make bourbon balls:
Mix together all ingredients, except granulated sugar. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in the granulated sugar. Place in covered container and refrigerate for a few days before serving for maximum flavor. Makes approximately 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, American, Southern u.s..
