- flour - 3 Tbsp
- light brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- fresh blueberries - 2 c
- unbaked 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make blueberry sour cream pie:
Combine sour cream, flour and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar in mixing bowl. Add egg and beat well. Spoon half of this mixture into the pie crust. Combine blueberries and 1/2 cup of sour cream in a small mixing bowl, then spread evenly over sour cream mixture. Top with the remaining sour cream mixture. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
