Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • flour
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • baking powder
  • egg - 1 item
  • butter, at room temperature - 1/2 c
  • fresh or frozen blueberries remove ice crystals - 1 qt

How to make blueberry sour cream cake:

Grease and flour 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Heat oven to 350°. Combine flour, butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Turn into prepared pan and sprinkle with blueberries.

Combine sour cream, egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Pour over berries. Bake for 1 hour or until edges of custard are lightly browned.
