- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- flour
- egg yolks - 2 item
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- butter, at room temperature - 1/2 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries remove ice crystals - 1 qt
How to make blueberry sour cream cake:
Grease and flour 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Heat oven to 350°. Combine flour, butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Turn into prepared pan and sprinkle with blueberries.Combine sour cream, egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Pour over berries. Bake for 1 hour or until edges of custard are lightly browned.
