Blueberry sour cream cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 2 c
• flour
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item
• frozen blueberries do not thaw - 1 qt

How to make blueberry sour cream cake:

Heat oven to 350°. Butter a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Press into pan. Sprinkle with the blueberries. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over blueberries. Bake about 1 hour or until lightly browned. So easy and tasty and serves about 12.
