Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- frozen blueberries do not thaw - 1 qt
How to make blueberry sour cream cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Butter a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Press into pan. Sprinkle with the blueberries. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over blueberries.
