Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- fresh blueberries - 1 qt
- 9-inch pie crust, baked at 500~ for 5 to 6 minutes
How to make blueberry sour cream pie:
Sift together flour and sugar; set aside 1/4 cup. Combine with sour cream and blueberries. Pour into pie shell, top with remaining flour mixture. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes; top with whipped cream. Note: Fresh peaches and peach Jell-O may usRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
