- eggs - 4 item
- c sugar - 2 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- c vegetable oil - 1 item
- c blueberries - 2 item
- c self-rising flour - 4 item
- c 16 oz sour cream - 2 item
How to make blueberry muffins:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. While beating, slowly pour in oil; add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with the sour cream to the egg mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
