Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- margarine, melted and cooled - 1/4 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained - 3/4 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
Heat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, beat milk, margarine and eggs. Stir into dry ingredients just to moisten. Fold in blueberries and spoon batter into 12 well-greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
