- cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c - 6 Tbsp
- Tennessee wildflower honey - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Pour into a 9 x 14-inch pan and cover with Crumble Topping

How to make blueberry crisp:
Combine all ingredients and cook until bubbly. Pour into a 9 x 14-inch pan and cover with Crumble Topping. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.Crumble Topping:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. flour2/3 c. butter1 1/2 to 2 c. oats Use a pastry cutter to blend together the brown sugar, flour and butter.
