Blueberry coffeecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• margarine - 1/4 c
• blueberries - 2 c

How to make blueberry coffeecake:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. margarine Mix sugar, margarine and egg. Stir in milk. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Carefully fold in blueberries. Pour into two greased and floured round baking pans.

Mix together topping ingredients and crumble over cake mixture. Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
