Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- soft butter - 1/4 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 2 c
- Cream butter and sugar
- unbleached, unsifted flour - 2 c
How to make blueberry coffeecake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, baking powder and soda. Alternating, add flour and sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8 x 8-inch pans.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. soft butter1/4 c. flour Cream brown sugar and butter. Add flour. Will be semi-dry and lumpy. Spoon over batter and spread to cover. Bake 30 minutes or until tests done. Topping will partially sink into batter.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
