- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1 item
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- blueberries - 1 qt
- egg whites or 1 whole egg - 2 item
- ready to bake pie shell - 1 item
How to make blueberry cheesecake pie:
Meanwhile, wash and drain blueberries. Combine blueberries, water, sugar and cornstarch. Boil until clear, stirring constantly. Add butter and mix until smooth. Cool slightly. Pour over baked mixture. Allow to cool. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Blueberries.
